Dr. Rebecca Montano

With over 25 years of dedicated service in the industry, Dr. Rebecca Montano stands as a beacon of expertise and compassion in the field of aging care. Her extensive experience encompasses working with individuals with disabilities and those facing the myriad challenges associated with aging. Armed with a Ph.D. in human services with a specialization in geriatrics, Dr. Montano brings a profound understanding of the physical, emotional, and social aspects of aging. Complementing her doctoral degree are master's degrees in rehabilitation counseling and business administration, equipping her with a multifaceted approach to addressing the diverse needs of our clients at Aging Focused Life Care Management.

Credentials and Guiding Philosophy

As an active member of the National Association of Professional Aging Life Care Managers, Dr. Rebecca Montano served as president of the western region in 2018. She holds specialized training and certification in mediation, covering family, divorce, and business mediation. Dr. Montano's philosophy centers on dignity, individualism, and the preservation of value, ensuring personalized care for each individual.

Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in human services from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN; a master of science in rehabilitation counseling from San Diego State University, San Diego, CA; and a master of business administration from the University of Phoenix, San Diego, CA.
